about me
I am a photographer first, alpinist second and an aspiring mountain rescue and medical doctor third.
That is the reason my backpack usually ends up being way too heavy with camera, lenses, trad gear and first aid kits for the team. But I don’t mind.
Living close to the Tatra Mountains allows me to experience nature and its beauty really often.
For me it is best perceived through climbing and backcountry skiing. Starting at dawn in the lush valleys, hiking for hours on end, searching for routes and finding a way between granite walls
and ridges.
I have been fortunate to travel to almost 90 countries and shoot reportage in mountains of Ethiopia
as well as in Tanzania and northern Norway. In 2023 I was part of an exploratory expedition in Peru (as a photographer-climber), where we climbed new routes in Cordillera Huayhuash mountains.
I shoot also a lot of personal stuff, street and brand work in the Tatras.
Regarding mountains, I try to spend 100 days a year climbing, trail running and my favourite - skiing. As of now, I am training to become a mountain rescue specialist and a skilled outdoor photographer.
